Where to even begin! \u00a0We had a supervisor meeting on Friday and it was a mess to say the least. \u00a0It started out alright and quickly went downhill. \u00a0Ricky basically put all the blame on the supervisors for all the complaints given in the HR interviews. \u00a0He made it out to be that there were no complaints on him or Barbi, just us. \u00a0He told us we are going to have to rotate shifts for a 60 day trial period so I will be going to days on June 28th through September 16th. \u00a0I am not looking forward to this at all. \u00a0Ricky yelled at us and belittled us throughout the meeting. \u00a0He called me and Kelly out by name as having said that it’s his way or the highway and gave a shit eating grin after saying it. \u00a0He had Polly, Cheryl and Kelly in tears. \u00a0He and Kelly were yelling at each other. He nearly took my head off when I asked what his repercussions from the interviews was. \u00a0He threatened us with being fired and said he had the city manager’s blessing. \u00a0Carolyn tried to stick up for us and made him apologize to us at the end, but it was very insincere. \u00a0Barbi never spoke up until the end of the meeting about \u00a0something that didn’t even matter. We have all sent letters to HR about a hostile work environment we’ll see see if anything gets done. \u00a0Kelly is so upset about all of this and after having an individual meeting with Ricky in which he told her she is the reason for all this, she is now out on FMLA. \u00a0Things are getting really interesting to say the least. \u00a0We are already short and now even more so. \u00a0Cheryl willprobably have to go out on FMLA next because she is just as stressed about all this BS. \u00a0One good thing on the horizon, we leave for Vegas Thursday night!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
